Description
Winemaker Notes Deep red Bing cherries, black cassis, dried lavender, and chocolate-covered espresso bean aromas lead to a fresh, fruit-forward entry and a rich, concentrated mid-palate. Structured, mouth-watering acidity and firm, balanced tannins provide a framework for this velvety-textured, expressive and polished Cabernet. The finish is long and carries for several seconds, leaving the consumer wanting another sip. Winemaker Philippe Melka learned winemaking and vineyard techniques from prestigious estates such as Haut Brion, Chittering Estate, Badio O Coltibuono, the Moueix domains, and Dominus.
